Yoga has many options to rid your body of toxins, negative energy, stress, anxiety and every day. The yoga postures (asanas) are the most commonly known, but the techniques of yoga breathing (pranayama) are very beneficial, most can be played at any time of day.
The worst thing you can do is ignore the anxiety. Anxiety requires a plan of action to inject positive energy into your being. If you plan to take a yoga class, which is "on track" to eliminate negative feelings.
