Training plan is a good idea or even healthy?
So I started training this mine a few months ago. I do 30 minutes of the proceedings Pilate, 20 minutes of yoga, and 40 of Tae-Bo Cardio everyday couple. And walk in any day instead of 3-5 miles a week. Sometimes I do yoga (that hard) who do not eat healthy foods like fruits and vegetables. I never liked me since I was young. I do not eat fish. I only eat meat and potatoes well and the bottom. This exercise is healthy for me? What can I eat or the vitamins that I would get if you eat well? (I also do not drink milk any good) I think to lose weight I lose. I I lose 5-10 pounds I'm not a big woman, but I want to stay in shape. Any ideas on what could not eat or take me for? Or not exercising any good? Please help
