This is a common question I get some cardio, and where it fits in a fat loss …
Q: Is there an advantage for the cardio strength training first and then? What should I do before strength training?
Answer:
First, not to the strength and cardio in the same year, but will more efficient to do that.
If you do 30-minute workout, you can make a day of strength training and cardio a day following (preferably using cardiopulmonary Meanwhile, what is more effective for fat loss than slow cardio boring).
By combining strength training (done first!) and cardiovascular intervals in your workout, you only need to be in 3 days (week 45 minutes per session!) for the results. You can program easier to follow, and more days in the gym to meet their demands of everyday life. You should still try to stay active in their "off days", but you have to worry about making the gym.
As for the order, we find it more convenient to strength training first, as the intervals often lead to fatigue the body. There is nothing magical about doing cardio before or after training strength. None of these methods can make you lose more fat.
However, I prefer that men and women of strength training first, because I do not want to be tired when they do their squats, pumps or lines. This is contrary to the goal of strength training, if you are tired!
And as I said before, you'll get better results in less time if you go slow, traditional cardio with cardio intervals. Instead of 45 minutes of slow cardio, all you need for 20 minutes cardio interval. You just adjust gradually to lose more fat.
In general, the order of strength training first followed by cardio intervals are optimal to increase metabolism, the formation of power and muscle, and fat loss.
