How much weight is lost when going from a size of clothing down?
Well, I really want this shirt. But not in my size. Thus I'm trying to lose weight as you buy. (I wanted to lose weight Awil). Weight So how will lose a clothing size below? 2 sizes of clothes down? 3 sizes of clothes down?
My experience seems to be almost the same as others before me. I lost 10 pounds of size 34 to 33. I reach 32 so I guess which is another 10 pounds. Deception!
