We all know that healthy eating and exercise helps us keep our bodies healthy, but the states of the Alzheimer's Association to eat well and exercise can help keep away the brain functions intact. This is good news for those who get up in years.

Research has shown that healthy eating and activity helped maintain moderate physical higher mental functions to not eat healthy and exercise. Interestingly, people who have a less intense activity that who did moderate exercise. This can not be explained except to say that those who have no strenuous activity were more likely to be tired when they were tested.

A study by the University of Utah, the monkeys were tested for cognitive abilities. The exercise was not a consideration. When the subjects received monkey eating a healthy diet and lower calorie intake, which not only performed better on tests of cognitive ability, but also maintains a physical much younger. A doctor who has worked with the man really had reduced caloric intake reported that their hearts were younger each 15 or 16 years.

So it seems we need not only to eat healthy but eat less of what is healthy. One suggestion to eat healthier foods is not expected that certain foods, like the first time you eat. In other words, you may have to get used to eating different foods to eat repeatedly until you get a drop-Very well, I love ya! This seems to be
wear shoes that hurt your feet after a while to get used to pain. I think there are many foods out there that are actually delicious and good for you too. There are many recipes for so many things I do not see the need to "adjust" to new foods and health.

I lost over 40 pounds over 35 years and have kept them outside to see what I eat and plenty of exercise. Change of life, however small, will contribute much weight to overcome many challenges.

Make the effort to eat right and exercise we know is good for us is always a challenge, but worth the effort for the long term. Do not wait until your doctor tells you to change or you die within a year. As the saying goes – "No time like the present. Start today. Make time gradually and gradually work up to a stronger program. Taking an oath not to have another service staff dinner, or walk for 10 minutes each day. Soon start to see the changes you want, and they seem much easier than originally thought.
