The five steps are:

1. Precontemplation
2. Contemplation
3. Preparation
4. Action
5. Maintenance

The features are distinct and recognizable. It's my job to clarify clients, customers and prospects will in contemplation and / or preparation stage for at least one space (physical, weight, nutrition, stress, health) and my coaching program will help to reach the maintenance phase (consistenly maintain the new behavior every week) within 3-6 months. My job as coach is to help you progress in the areas where you've been pre-contemplation and recognize training openings during interviews. When progress in an area of confidence that the change will increase and you're ready to move into another area.

1. Precontemplation

Two types of people in this category is that people are thinking about changing the "No" and "can not" people.

2. Contemplation

It's "I May" stage. In this phase, clients, customers, and prospects are thinking about changing unhealthy behavior and take action in the next six months.

3. Preparation

In this point, let's use the words "I love you." His motivation strengthened and has decided to adopt certain measures within a month.

4. Action

This is better known as "Phase I". You found the new behavior you want to put in place and is consistenly, the construction of its objectives.

5. Maintenance

We say it's the "I am still" stage. This stage usually begins six months after the initial behavior has changed.
