Who does not love chocolate chips? If you are in the celiac diet, there is no reason not to enjoy all your favorite crackers. Gluten-free cookies are very delicious. See below for a recipe that you can use to make gluten free chocolate chip cookies!

First, you need the following: three-fourths cup butter, softened, and a quarter cup of brown sugar, a quarter cup of white sugar, one teaspoon vanilla extract gluten, fourth cup egg substitute, two cups and fourth cookbook gluten Mix a teaspoon each of baking soda, baking powder and salt, and twelve ounces of semisweet chocolate.

Once your ingredients, preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit or 190 degrees C. Cream butter and sugar, gradually add eggs and vanilla. In another bowl, sift flour, baking soda, salt and baking powder together. Stir mixture into dry mixture until completely wet blended, and then mix in chocolate chips.

Tea Drop tablespoons of mixture of two inches apart on a lightly oiled. Pop in the oven, and after six or eight minutes, have delicious cookies that are great for the celiac diet, and completely delicious!
