Why keep a daily weight
Often, people think that eating a lot less than it actually are. They pay
attention to portion sizes, and often feel that eating fewer calories than you actually consume. We deceive ourselves that this handful of chips or cookie that does not really count.

Once a week, there is a weight on the page where you track your weight loss and set their goals for next week. You can also track your measurements decrease. Other tables in the front of the book will help you develop a fitness program and monitor their progress.
To lose one pound of fat is to burn 3,500 calories. Whatever weightloss meal plan that follows, this fact does not change. You can cut 3500 calories from your diet – perhaps 500 calories per day – or you can make a combination of reduced calories and exercise more to burn those calories and lose weight. A record of weight loss can be a great tool to achieve their goal.
In general, I think 60 days of Food and Fitness Program is a comprehensive and Journal wonderful tool that helps you determine not only your weight loss goals, but their goals and achieve together both.
