How can I get a good strengthening workout with weights and free weights, right? ?

That's all that but I a lot of them how can I do more with what I have? All experts help?

Personally, I almost never use anything more than a bar my training (from time to time pull ups and downs as well). But focusing on: squats, dead weight, bench press, military press, bent over the rows, is released, power cleans, snatches, hang clean, sumo Sumo Deadlift The deadlift, sumo squats, squats in parts, standing calf raises, the Berbel curls, close grip bench press, clean and presses. Everything can be done with just a bar. Hope this helps.
