Bikram yoga is to cure herniated disc?
Just diagnosed with 2 herniated discs. Want to accelerate the healing process. She wondered if anyone has been lucky with the Bikram Yoga. Excrutiating pain in the morning and evening, taking Celebrex, fear of doing almost all the exercises, I would be better without drugs or surgery. T is better?
I had 2 rupture discs in the lower back. I tried Bikram Yoga and it was a pity. TOO HOT! I had severe sciatica for several years. I tried epidural shots, chiropractors … and was still in pain. And I was in my 30 years. I do not know if my records are set, but the pain is gone. I am Anusara Style Hatha Yoga ®. In my course are hurt many people. Yoga has made a big difference in my life.
