healthy eating guidelines
I want to start eating healthier and tone for the summer. Can anyone help?

I'm not fat either, but I just want to have a body healthy tonic for the summer. I am 110-115 pounds and I feel I have much muscle tone. I figure skating, dance, snowboard, and play tennis, but still I feel like I'm not like the tone as could be. Someone who could help me by giving me food guidelines to follow, and maybe even a little exercise or two that will help invigorate me.

First, drink water. and much of it. try to reduce the percentage of carbohydrates, which gives much weight in water. As for the exercises. run much, cracks, and weight training. [:
